We have a number of engineers and office staff which enables us to be able to be very reactive to emergency breakdowns and repairs, along with carrying out last minute Gas Certificates for tenants moving in the next day.

How it works:

You email us your works orders, and we usually contact your tenant or client on your behalf and make the appointments saving you a large amount of time which means you can get on and do the work you need to do. We then inform you of when the appointment time is.

All of our engineers have an app on a mobile device. Job and details are immediately  sent to them. The gas certificates and paperwork are completed on site and sent to our office in real time while the engineer is on site. We then forward everything quickly and efficiently straight to you.
