No Heating? No Hot Water? Can we help?

Before calling us, it is worth checking a few things (saves possible embarrassment later!):

  • Has the Thermostat been turned down?
  • Do the batteries need changing in
  • Thermostat/Programmer?
  • Do you have gas to the hob/cooker? If not, check you Gas Meter.
  • Have you run out of Credit on your Gas Meter? Check!
  • Has the Isolation valve on the Gas Meter FULLY open?

If you have a fault with your heating or hot water, please contact us for an engineer to attend and diagnose.
